Η Data Consultants αναζητά συνεργάτη με εμπειρία στον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό και τη διαχείριση αναπτυξιακών έργων, με στόχο τη στελέχωση της ομάδας μας σε έργα χρηματοδοτούμενα από εθνικά και ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα.
Καθήκοντα
- Σύνταξη μελετών, στρατηγικών και επιχειρησιακών σχεδίων για ΟΤΑ και άλλους δημόσιους φορείς
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων σε περιφερειακό και υπο-περιφερειακό επίπεδο
- Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση έργων ΕΣΠΑ, Interreg και συναφών χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων
- Συμμετοχή σε ερευνητικά και αναπτυξιακά έργα με κοινωνικό, οικονομικό και περιβαλλοντικό αντικείμενο
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΑΤΕΙ σχετικής κατεύθυνσης (οικονομικών/κοινωνικών επιστημών, πολυτεχνικής σχολής, κλπ.)
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε ανάλυση ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών δεδομένων
- Καλή γνώση στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού και δημόσιων πολιτικών
- Ικανότητα συγγραφής προτάσεων, μελετών και παραδοτέων υψηλής ποιότητας
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε ευρωπαϊκά ή/και εθνικά προγράμματα (ΕΣΠΑ, Interreg κ.ά.)
Επιθυμητά προσόντα
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε σχετικά αντικείμενα (οικονομικών/κοινωνικών επιστημών, πολυτεχνικής σχολής, κλπ.)
- Εμπειρία συνεργασίας με δημόσιους, ιδιωτικούς και ακαδημαϊκούς φορείς
- Πολύ καλή χρήση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας

Privacy Policy for Prospective employees and Partners
The Data Consultants company (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), having complied with the legal framework introduced by the 2016/679 (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but also with the national legislation, issues this Privacy Policy for Prospective Employees and Partners of the Company.
Field of Application
The scope of this is all those who may get hired by the Company as employees or partners, either by having applied for a vacancy with the Company or by having been selected as candidates by a recruitment company cooperating with our Company and which is acting on our behalf in order to identify the most suitable candidates to cover the available vacancies in the Company.
Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data
Our Company will process your personal data in the context of your participation in the recruitment procedures and for reasons of compliance with its legal obligations. The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to evaluate your suitability for the respective vacancy.
Our recruiters are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Your personal data is securely stored in our email system and on our servers. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Retention Time of your Personal Data
By signing this statement, you declare that you give your consent to process your personal data further and to retain it for one year. The purpose of storing your data for a period of one year is to be able to assess your suitability during future recruitment rounds, in case we do not make you an offer for the position for which we initially contacted you.
In case you want to revoke your consent in the future, you are free to do so. In that case we will delete your personal information and we will not be able to invite you to future recruitment rounds. Please note that in case you choose to withdraw your consent there will be no negative consequences to your detriment.
Sources of your Personal Data
If you submitted your application for an advertised vacancy that we posted, we obtain your personal data either from yourselves or from other Data Controllers (such as cooperating recruitment services) . Following your application we are able to receive information about you through professional websites of social media and social networking websites (such as LinkedIn) and other online sources. We will get in contact only with your former or current employer and colleagues and that will be if you only allow us to do so by sharing their contact information with us in advance.
The hiring process starts from us via direct communication with you. We contact our prospective partners, using publicly available information, information from professional social media platforms (such as LinkedIn) references or referrals.
Types of Personal Data we collect
If you submitted your application for an advertised vacancy that we posted or was posted by a recruitment agency on our behalf, we will process the personal information in your Curriculum Vitae (in particular your contact details, education, qualifications and employment history), the data used during interviews as well as proof of suitability to work. If we contact your former or current employer or colleagues we will also process the personal data that they will share with us. You will get informed in advance if we wish to carry out any historic or criminal record investigation.
If the recruitment process starts from our Company after our initial contact with you, we will only process the data that is already publicly available, your name and contact details strictly until you express your interest or lack of it regarding the open vacancy with us.
In case you express your interest for an open vacancy and submit your application to our Company, your personal information will undergo processing. In case you declare that you are not interested in the vacancy or you cannot be contacted by us, your personal data will be immediately deleted.
Reasons for which your Personal Data is collected
We process personal information only for the recruitment process purposes. During the abovementioned procedure we will process your personal information to examine and assess your skills and experience. We will organise and carry out interviews, professional qualifications’ checks and we will receive references from your previous employers and colleagues.
If you are successful in your application and we make you an offer for the vacancy, a new Confidentiality Policy will be issued for the period of your employment. The new Policy will include information regarding the legal basis under which we will process your personal information during your employment in our Company.
Who do we share your Personal Data with
We share your personal information with regards to the vacancy you applied for (which includes the job description and the required skills and experience) with the people who referred you to us. In the case of specific categories of vacancies, your data will be shared with other members of the Company during the recruitment phase, if necessary for the assessment of your suitability. We are at your disposal should you require additional information on the described procedure. If you accept our offer, we will share your personal information with the relevant tax office and social security authorities so that you can work with us.
Your Rights regarding Personal Data Protection
As data subjects you have significant rights in the light of applicable personal data protection laws, including:
a) Right to request access to your personal data. You have the right to access the data we process but also to request to be provided with information on how our Company processes your personal data.
b) Right to request rectification of your personal data. You have the right to rectify or supplement your personal data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete.
c) Right to request erasure of your personal data. You have the right to request partial of full erasure of your personal data under specific circumstances, if there is no legal reason for us to continue processing it and provided that the interests of our Company are not affected.
d) Right to submit a request for restricted processing. You can request that the processing of your personal data is restricted. Your valid request will mean that we have the right to store your personal data, but not to process it any further.
e) Right to data portability. You have the right to obtain and reuse the personal data you have provided to our Company for your own purposes at various services. You have the right to receive and transfer an electronic copy of your personal data easily and in a secure way, without interfering with its usability.
f) Right of objection to the processing of your personal data. Under certain conditions you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
g) Right to withdraw your consent. You can easily revoke the consent you have given to us regarding the processing of your personal information at any time. This withdrawal is valid for the future and does not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its revocation.
